• Purple Program

The purple program is designed to show appreciation to all our customers by rewarding them for their loyalty with cashback to their Ora-wallets.

To start earning cashback, they will need to collect a total amount of LBP 1 000 000 to LBP 3 000 000 during one year. 

These users will benefit from a 5% cashback each time they purchase anything from www.myoras.com

• Gold Program

The Gold Program is introduced to reward our loyal clients when they collect a total amount of LBP 3 000 000 to LBP 6 000 000 during one year. 

These users will benefit from a 7% cashback each time they purchase anything from www.myoras.com

• Platinum Program

The Platinum Program is introduced to reward our loyal clients, when they collect a total amount of 

LBP 6 000 000 + during one year. 

These users will benefit from a 10% cashback each time they purchase anything from www.myoras.com

Terms and Conditions:

• Rewards are available to registered customers only.

• Cashbacks are earned and redeemable by the email address on account only.

• Cashbacks are non-transferable.

• Cashbacks may only be redeemed for purchases and have no cash value.

• Cashbacks are accumulated starting January 1st and end on December 31st.

• ORAS will not disclose to any unauthorized party any data collected under the ORAS Rewards Program.

• ORAS reserves the right to revoke or refuse any membership if any act of fraud, shoplifting or cheating is detected, with or without cause and without notice. The membership can also be revoked if the concerned member/s is/are found to be involved in any sort of misuse of the ORAS membership. In this given scenario, all the existing loyalty cashbacks associated with the ORAS membership will be canceled and cannot be redeemed.

• ORAS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the Rewards Program wholly or partially at any time and to cancel some or all the benefits associated with the program without the need for prior notice and without any responsibility.

• The ORAS Rewards Program shall be governed by Lebanese laws.
