Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries are made by our delivery team and/or our professional couriers ARAMEX, depending on the location.

Typically, orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is being shipped, you will be notified by an SMS &/or email. However, you may experience a delay in shipping during peak periods. We deliver all over Lebanon. We offer free shipping all over Lebanon.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorised and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.

 

Ordered Products are expected to be delivered within 1 to 3 business days from the day you receive an order confirmation email, except during high seasons or big events, delivery might be subject to delays. 

 

Orders are exclusively delivered from Mondays to Saturdays during normal working hours from 9 am to 6 pm or exceptionally later at night. (No delivery shall take place on Sundays and/or public holidays). We may contact you to inform you of the delivery date and approximate time. Delivery charges if any, are indicated separately in the [purchase order/checkout cart]. Delivery of the ordered Product(s) may be acknowledged by signing the delivery document either directly by the person who placed the order or another adult present at the delivery address or who is able to present an identity card.

 

Upon delivery of the Product(s), you or your authorised representative must immediately check that the Product(s) received complies with the order you placed, including the type and quantity of the Product(s) you received and the condition of the packaging. If the Product(s) you received do(es) not comply with the order you placed or prove(s) defective, you may return it to us. If non-compliance and/or deficiency is/are proven, you may either (i) have a Product delivered which complies to the one ordered (provided it is available in stock) free of any delivery charge or (ii) have the amount you paid for the Product refunded and credited back to your Account.

 

Orders are to be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

If any concern would arise regarding the order (delay in dispatch, incorrect delivery address, product specification, Out-of-stock products, etc.), we will contact the client by email and/or phone call.

 

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted in your order form. We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect or if it was corrected after the dispatch was made.

On the morning of your delivery, our professional couriers will contact you to advise your estimated 1 hour delivery window alongside the name of the driver.

A signature will be required upon receipt; if no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with information on how to arrange re-delivery or collection.
